Their managers showed professionalism in how they handled serious issues that arose. They take unprofessional conduct in their own staff seriously and take the right steps to address it. The units themselves are dated, but for what they are it's a pretty good deal if you can handle living on a loud street and not having laundry in the unit. The courtyard view is cool. Sorry for the delay, but I didn't forget what a good job Kerri, Dave, JP and the rest of the crew did.

With the heat in Florida and the air conditioning in the apartment not working, we contact the administration via email and are completely ignored.

The apartment itself is fine. There's great maintenance staff, super nice. I'd say the only problem the property is the women who work in the leasing office always seem to be bothered and unhelpful when tenants come to them with with questions or problems

I do not recommend!! Dirty environment, always dirty pool, buildings full of wasp nests. It looks like an abandoned place without management supervision. They are currently carrying out work on the roof and to do so they use the apartment's balconies as a deposit for rubbish and materials. The interior of the apartment is poorly maintained with floors splashed with poorly painted paint and old kitchen cabinets.
