Exactly what you want when getting a home inspection. Someone who genuinely cares about customers and looks out for their best interest. Inspector is straight forward, polite, honest and friendly. Have done business with them a few times now over the past 5 years and have been more than satisfied every time.

STAY AWAY!! I paid $388 over the phone to receive a home inspection. Peter and his wife Stacey charged my credit card and I did not receive the service. 11/07/19. They both are crooks. BEWARE!! Google another home inspector.

I used them in March and everything is fine. Now for no reason they are charging my credit card again!!! I’ve tried calling but no response and their voicemail box is full. Had to report them to my bank and the state as well. STAY AWAY!!!

Purchased a home inspection June 2019 and paid in full during that time. PJ and his wife were very competent and amicable at the time. Also, they were very communicative via phone and text. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my credit card a week ago as their company attempted to charge almost $1000 to my credit card. I attempted contacting them via phone or text assuming there had been a mistake, but received no response over multiple attempts.
