My partner and I lived in a 1 bedroom Burntvedt style apartment from mid summer 2023 - beginning of summer 2025. The only reason we left is because we moved out of state. Otherwise, we would have stayed longer. The apartments are very well taken care of, as are the grounds that the apartments are on. Had water leaking issue several times and heating issue during winter. Very old apartment therefore not functioning. Edit: The management is now lying there was no hot water issue, despite the clear evidence to the contrary. I had to walk to the apartment gym to take a shower because of the lack of hot water. Furthermore, a maintenance worker had to come to my apartment several times. We all know it wasn’t about the ‘safe temperature’. I have more pictures and videos if you need more evidence.

A quick way to describe Greenway's leasing practices: Illegal? No. Unethical? Very. My fiancee and I had a really great experience living here, until we were completing the move out process. My fiancee and I had a good relationship with the previous leasing Agent, Drew, and we had trusted that that relationship would carry over with new management.
