Had water leaking issue several times and heating issue during winter. Very old apartment therefore not functioning. Edit: The management is now lying there was no hot water issue, despite the clear evidence to the contrary. I had to walk to the apartment gym to take a shower because of the lack of hot water. Furthermore, a maintenance worker had to come to my apartment several times. We all know it wasn’t about the ‘safe temperature’. I have more pictures and videos if you need more evidence.

A quick way to describe Greenway's leasing practices: Illegal? No. Unethical? Very. My fiancee and I had a really great experience living here, until we were completing the move out process. My fiancee and I had a good relationship with the previous leasing Agent, Drew, and we had trusted that that relationship would carry over with new management.
