Interesting neighborhood, community pool is really for the community, even the next door apartment complex can use it. Used condoms in the pool parking lot. I'm not sure I've heard garage doors as loud as these before. You can hear one opening across the street 3 houses over. Mailboxes are littered with trash from lazy residents not knowing how to be adults.
Quiet place and clean neighborhood
I bought my new DR Horton home December 2022. I did my walk through with promises they would be fixed before move in and they have yet to be done. Since I moved in I have not been able to enjoy my new home due to many issues that keep arising. Everytime, I submit a ticket and the contractors come out they always say nothing is wrong this is the way its supposed to be. My garage door was jerking up and looked like it was about to fall.
