They have to put cameras on visitors because if they go around stealing the license plates of the cars, they have stolen two license plates.
accounting is very spotty. Responsiveness is poor most of the time. Your experience 100% depends on the individual that is your property manager. Most PM’s are average at best.
My condo has had a leak for 6 months and Greenway has failed to address the issue. I can’t explain the number of times I’ve had to call and follow up on this issue. They are the slackest and most unprofessional “management” company I’ve ever had to deal with.
