Sam attend due to a blocked toilet. He very quickly unblocked the toilet and then helped with the long list of plumbing issues in my unit. He was able to access my mains which is in the farthest corner of a kitchen cupboard and replaced a squealing tap and the washers on my bath taps. Before he left he noticed a gas smell and consequently solved a persistent and slow gas leak that was not found by other plumbers.
