Sam attend due to a blocked toilet. He very quickly unblocked the toilet and then helped with the long list of plumbing issues in my unit. He was able to access my mains which is in the farthest corner of a kitchen cupboard and replaced a squealing tap and the washers on my bath taps. Before he left he noticed a gas smell and consequently solved a persistent and slow gas leak that was not found by other plumbers. Sam gave me a very competitive and comprehensive quote and Scott did a wonderful job on installing my new hot water service and replacing my laundry tub with something more suitable for the space. Communication was great and they were very efficient getting everything done in 1 day. Sam arranged to do the work for a very competitive price and gave me an itemised summary of the costs involved in replacing a Rinnai gas continuous hot water system. He sent his colleague, Terry, who did a fantastic job adjusting the copper pipes and changing the old HWS. I look forward to using their service again in future. Keep up the good work!
