This company is absolutely horrible!! Not only does their services NOT WORK but their customer service is the worst! This company has been banned in the ventana ranch community for multiple reasons. And when I called (twice) and emailed (twice) to cancel my services it wasn’t until I had to threaten a BBB complaint that they replied and “cancelled” my services. Greenway does not honor their contracts. I did not receive service for pest control they stated they came out but they did not. They are blaming the **** ** ***********for not being able to spray my residence. I waited for them 8am to 130 pm they never showed they are lying when they said they came to spray. This is not the first time this has happened.
The office is a mess. Please do business with someone else and save yourself a headache. I give the office zero stars - these guys have no business calling themselves a company. I specifically asked for bedbug and flea treatment on the inside of my home. I asked in writing via email and via phone that Greenway schedule service treatments on Saturdays when I am home to let the technician in. Greenway Pest Solutions' house-to-house canvassing and solicitation practices are most unprofessional. A young man representing Greenway came to my door today and was very rude, obnoxious and unprofessional in his approach. He was asking for personal information which I did not wish to share and when asked to leave, he simply continued his tirade of questions and solicitations. always late for service always takes your money on time but never wants to come out to spray ...giving me a very hard time to canel plus charging 130 disconnect fee. don't get them! awful customer service so rude!!
As I drove up to my home and into the driveway and garage, a young man in a uniform appeared from the entryway to my front door. I got out of my car and asked if I could help him. ******Beware***** Andrew one of the "managers" came to my home last summer to help with some rodents (last year he tried telling me to buy the equipment and do it myself, I said why. That's what I pay you for) I called again for this year, was told-no problem.
