I like living at Greenway because the residents and management are friendly. I feel safe here and it works great for my budget.
Great place to live, management there is always there to help if needed
It's a nice place to live and the landlord is nice and maintenance is fast and helpful in every way.
The landlord Deborah is the best! She cares about you as a person and a tenant and always makes sure things are fixed fast when ever there is an issue with a unit.. the apartments are all clean, bug free and landscaping is always kept up with. My family and I love it here. 10/10 for low income choices in Oskaloosa.
I have lived here since 2014 and love it here. My kids have grown up here and made friends we have become family. Greenway is family
