Please be sure to actually VIEW the apartment in person before signing the lease. the pictures online are the same ones from 3+ years ago. when I moved in the carpets had to be replaced and it was never painted between tenants even though there was kids coloring on the walls. have been here since 2023 and have had two vehicle break ins that i know of, but other than that its been chill overall. maybe one is a harsh number but. needs attention to actually check the place out and UPDATE THE PICTURES OF THE APPARTMENT. This particular location is not well crime wise. During my living time here, which was short of 9 months, my car was vandalized repeatedly. I made complaints to the management and filed with St. Cloud PD. I do have a video of a vandal at night by the vehicles but unable to recognize which was still reported to police. The police patrol many times throughout the night but vandalism still occurs even in daylight. Cameras were in the “talk” to be approved but never backed up with action. Not even fake signs were made to scare o... read more
