Everyone was very nice and helpful, but it’s so expensive! I was reminded of the reason I never take my car to dealerships for service and repairs. I normally use small businesses or occasionally automotive chains where rarely charge just to diagnose a problem, so I wasn’t expecting a diagnostic fee.
