What an outstanding experience this Saturday morning at Singing River Nissan in Florence, Al. We are traveling in our Motorhome towing a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve and needed some emergency service on the Jeep. Dawn, the service advisor and Brad, the technician went out of their way for us. It was so nice to hear “yes we can” as opposed to “we can’t help you” from a service department. Thank you, thank you, for your outstanding service!
