I took my Sentra in for the first time this August and while they fixed what I asked, ended up leaving with more damaged then I came with. I recently took my car to their service department due to a broken spark plug caused by another mechanic. They were prompt with diagnosing the problem and gave me a run down of how much everything would cost to fix. When the service representative saw that we were approved for more money than needed for repairs she instantly went pushing for $400 for one PAIR of tires, more services, etc.... read more
