I have had my things there for 5 years with no problems! With the new owners I was talked to rudely on first call, then they sent a letter saying they were the new owners. I will have my things out of there soon.
I have been storing here for over a year and have never had any issues. I currently live in Florida and Shari and Deb have taken care of me since I moved here. always kind to take payments over the phone or if I miss them in the office, they call me back. there has been no issue where I was afraid of someone breaking in or taking any of my things. course nothing valuable except to me there, The unit was nice and clean and it was an easy process to get one. The ladies are honest lovely people and I appreciate all they do.
