Do not go to this place to get any kind of repairs done to your car. First, you make an appointment, then you go on the day of the appointment. They give you an estimated time of how long the car repair might take, and they take longer. Another thing is, ask them for a price for even the smallest spare part, and it's super expensive. As if that weren't enough, I once had my Kia serviced, and it seems they added more oil than normal, which resulted in me having to bring my car back to them. Sent out a deceptive mailer with a big digital code generator to make you think you won a large prize. Your actual raffle number was tiny and hard to notice. Drove there thinking I'd won $2500 cash, even called to confirm it was legit. Walked away with $10 chinese knockoff airpods. Will never go back to a business that intentionally deceives people to get them in the door.
The beginning of my experience was great but by the end I was ready to walk away and consider buying a luxury vehicle. The Sales Rep was friendly but overpromised and flat out lied about multiple terms of the deal. The saving grace was Jazzy who was honest and did her best to make sure I got a decent deal on the car. It's now been 2 months and I'm still waiting on weather mats that were promised and my license plate, which if I don't receive, will require me to drive down there again to get.
