I talked to Deon, post to have met him to purchase this car. I come up there and then he send another person out to tell me the car ain't for sale. Bad business, I should've known when I walked in this place look so ghetto 🤦♂️probably realized the messed up the price
Absolutely the worst car buying experience ever. If I could leave a negative star I would. What a joke this place is. Was also promised a rebate for the terrible experience by the GM and that was a lie also just to get me out of their building. Steer clear of this dealership.
When you schedule your maintenance appointment, ( just an oil change and tire rotation!) Show up right on time, and you end up waiting for THREE hours and 15 minutes. For an oil change. Highly do NOT recommend.
Be careful here. They will treat you like a number. Very little customer service. Pricey. Find a good and honest mechanic and do not go here.
Really annoyed by this place right now. I bought a brand new 2025 Sportage & had a terrible experiencing buying the car. Then taking it home I learned the wireless charging port didn’t work and the weather strip on the passenger side was loose. Went and got them both fixed which took 4 trips to the dealership bc of ordering parts. First time taking my car to the car wash after getting it “fixed” and the weather strip flew off in the car wash!
