If I could post a 0 star, I would. Came here to get recalls fixed. The initial phone call to make my appointment, the worker did not record my phone number or email correctly. When I showed up, I was told that “I had cancelled my appointment “ which never happened but they saw me anyways. But, it was a Saturday and they said they don’t do recall work on saturdays so they would have to reschedule me for another day and they’re not sure why I was even scheduled that day to begin with.They fixed my horn that day(was under warra... read more

Horrible experience. I should have read the reviews before buying/servicing here. I needed to get my horn fixed because apparently after 2 months of purchasing my vehicle, the horn stopped working. Ok cool so I go to service back in FEBRUARY to have them check it out. They end up ordering a new part for me. After about a month, I call them to ask if the part had come in yet and they told me it was on back order and that they would call me when it arrived. I said okay that’s fine.
