Took 2 visits to get my Honda pilot serviced. The first visit, I dropped it off on Friday before opening and picked up on Saturday after closing with NOTHING DONE!! The only reason I didn’t rate lower was how smoothly things went the second visit. I truly think the advisor I had the first visit forgot about my vehicle. I was out of town and they were supposed to get with me on Friday afternoon and I never got a call. I called on Saturday to check in on my way back home and my vehicle hadn’t been seen at all.
