As a 30 (CSM Alfred) years military veteran...I witness true professionalism at it best. The maintenance guys came today to service my home AC unit. The entire time he was here he displayed true concern and knowledge to leave me with a satisfying results. This person was so senior in his abilities to troubleshoot the system. A leak was discovered and he again ... was very Senior in his approach to fixing the problem. They came out to have a look at our AC unit and did a very thorough job of inspecting it. The tech (Junior) was very polite and explained everything in detail.

This review is to advise that the service the technician, Pontrel Ellison (Junior), rendered today was excellent! He was definitely knowledgeable about what was needed to complete the checkup on our HVAC system and his actions while in our home were superb! Company was sent out through home warranty. The first guy said the refrigerant was low and someone would be out to take a look at the unit. Couple days day the “specialist shows up and tell me that it would be 3100 worth of “ modifications” that the warranty doesn’t cover. When ask what that was he couldn’t tell me. To make a long story short I’m having a new unit put in on Monday. I understand that the home warranty might now pay market rate for these guys but to price gouge the customer to make it up is crazy. 2/20/25.

We were without heat during the coldest week of the Winter. Greenway Home Services / HomeMax of Nashville was excellent in service. They came out and worked their hardest to make sure we had heat before the weekend came. I have a son with a disability so I appreciated their professionalism and dedication to helping me. I would highly recommend them based on my experience!
