customer for 8.5 years. it is pretty lousy from an interface standpoint, and very lousy from support/billing/pm standpoint. Been here through the federal fraud settlement, the separate class action lawsuit, and separate PHI breach of our patients data. They are miserable to work with. The only customers are those who are trapped.
The Carrollton branch hasn’t been open for business since 2020. While there were a few employees “in the office” for mail purposes, everyone went home due to COVID-19 in March 2020. In May of 2020, there was the second round of layoffs during my time in the company. The first was the closing of Atlanta, Lake Mary, and other offices in 2017. The portal keeps spinning and never logs in
No billing transparency. Very friendly billing agent.
The single worst EMR I've ever used - my other experience is with epic, cerner, and allscripts. they advertise interoperability on the website but a grand total of zero people at the company are able to execute this. it's clear their website touts more than they can offer. To date, i've now been begging for them to accomplish this for 3 months with no progress. Actually, my sales rep has now advanced to simply ignoring my emails. If you can afford it, go literally anywhere else.
