Dr. Lee made the laziest report stating things were the same as an MRI done in August of 2018 when my most recent MRI was done in December 2019 showing damage to an L5-S1 surgery gone bad. Another doctor who did a LYSIS of injections said the scar tissue was so bad it was like trying to push a needle through a brick wall. He FAILED TO INTERPRET THE CT MYLEOGRAM CORRECTLY!
