Cheap houses that fall apart within 6 months and the company does not stand behind them or fix the issues. There are many lawsuits against them. Do not buy from this company.
Eric Damon sold me my new home by D.R. Horton in Greenway Farms. He was the perfect combination of highly informative, low pressure sales consultant. He was very patient answering every question. After the sale was made, during construction, Eric continued to be my long distant contact (Texas-Maryland) for every odd question I threw at him. Once I moved into my home, Eric was still there to answer any questions or refer me to the right person with the answer I needed.
