Don't even think twice before approaching them. They charge exorbitant prices like more than a high priced Attorney just for consultation and clarifications. Just for a phone call to obtain clarifications will lead to a invoice of $450. Not very responsive either. This is a scam company. I do not recommend.
Very high priced but used from a builders recommendation. We had multiple projects that they misorganized doing the wrong work at the wrong properties but demanded payment anyways. Billed for hours that men were not at the projects. Called and emailed many times to rectify. Company seemed very disinterested in trying to work through any resolutions. Would not recommend. Would give zero stars if possible. Many cheaper more reliable options.
