We hired Greenway Engineering to evaluate and convert a residential/commercial property into a potential car wash site. From the very beginning, the owner, Chris, told us this should not be an issue and even confirmed by email that they could handle the conversion. They proceeded with drawings and repeatedly asked us to seek city approvals. Later, they told us FEMA approval was required. Don't even think twice before approaching them. They charge exorbitant prices like more than a high priced Attorney just for consultation and clarifications. Just for a phone call to obtain clarifications will lead to a invoice of $450. Not very responsive either. This is a scam company. I do not recommend.
