Excellent Customer Service! Gail and Ashley were very helpful! Unfortunately for us, it rained all four days that I'd requested for an extension, so that was a waste. Too bad we can't predict the weather! Very good service! I'll probably use Greenway again!
Greenway has always provided reliable drop off and pickup, but I was delighted to find out that they are willing to go above and beyond when it is possible. I scheduled a last minute pickup before an event knowing it may not get picked up on time. Ashley called me back letting me know she was able to fit me into their schedule. While I know those things aren’t always possible, it is nice to know their customer service team will take extra steps. Thank you!
Is the worse company. They charge more when they come to pick up. Yes or yes. You can do nothing.
have used them for a couple of jobs and they always worked it out to make sure I had what I needed when I needed. plan on only calling them when I need a dumpster service!
