The staff is very courteous. Called me back before my appointment time. My cleaning was great. No complaints. You are called in at the exact time of your appointment or before. The doctor explains to you in details about your visit. They will let you know how well you’re doing in taking care of your teeth and/or if anything needs to be done. Thanks Greenway Dental.
I am updating my review because my experience today was very disappointing. In the past, I received good customer service from this company, which is why I originally left a positive review. However, I called three days ago to schedule an appointment and even received a confirmation call the day before the appointment. I received a cleaning today. My service was excellent with the technician. She gave me great tips on everyday hygiene.
Greenway Dental Group provided great service. It was easy to book and reschedule my yearly checkup, and all employees had wonderful bedside manner. I got two fillings which were done professionally and quickly. The dentist answered all the questions I had and genuinely cared about my dental health.
