I had dental treatment for tooth #2 with Dr. Lachance in 2023. I was told that I would receive a FULL coverage crown. After the treatment, I later learned from another dental provider that it was a PARTIAL CROWN rather than a FULL CROWN. He tried many times to put the crown on me but he wasn’t able to make it. at first he didn’t mention I need to do a root canal, but I ended up having ROOT CANAL in the process of him putting crown on me. I got my tooth crown done with Dr Lachance in January 2023. The whole time he told me I was about to get a FULL CROWN, but after I went to the other dentist, the other dentist told me instead of a full crown, I got a HALF CROWN. And Dr Lachance didn’t tell me a word about it. At first I didn’t need to do a root canal, but because Dr Lachance tried three times and wasn’t able to put the crown on me, I had to get a root canal.
