Bought a used 2025 Minivan with under 58000 miles on it but within 1000 miles it had an electronic issue, and instead of providing excellent customer service and fixing the problem, I was told to bring it in and pay to have it fixed. So much for providing excellent customer service. BUYER BEWARE OR SHOP ELSEWHERE!

The sorriest service department everrr! Don’t have parts in that they were supposed to have in when I made my appt also supposedly can’t service a recall that I got a letter in the mail for and wanted be to pay for it. Just greedy as hell and worse customer service. I’ve bought all my cars here too and this is the type of service I get. I can’t make this up. This isn’t the first time they screwed me over either. If you want to buy or trade your vehicle in please dont go here. They will sell you a lemon of a car. Also, if you need your car worked on, or an oil change they wont tell you anything thats wrong with it until its too late. Please dont go here.
