DO NOT APPLY HERE. Me and my husband are moving to the St Louis area and applied to this complex. We paid the $300 application fee and did the whole process. They eventually denied our application because we needed to submit a first paystub from my husbands new job that he hasn’t even started yet. We sent them an offer letter and proved we make our payments on time and have no reason to not pay them. Still, they denied it and refuse to refund us. This company is a SCAM.
