I have been staying in these apartments for 3 years now. And every year when it time to renew they add $50 to my bill saying they do not have my rental insurance. This company is listed as an additional interest meaning anytime any changes is made on this account they will be sent information. Every year they say they have not received it and adds $50 to my bill. I moved into Greenway chase in 2024. I will say my experience has been ok. Maintenance is very responsive and gets work orders completed within 24 hours. But the walls are very thin. If you are looking for peaceful living these will not be the apartments for you. My upstairs neighbor is very loud and it often seems like an earthquake is happening because she is bumping so loud.
