First time there the staff was very professional
I was quite displeased with the way the doctor treated a senior citizen. He was less than gentle when left alone with me. Disappointed in his behavior and the eruptions to my skin after the procedure.
The negative ONE STAR does not include the 5 or more stars I would gladly give Dr. Fang, Dentist, Elizabeth Okoror -Hygienists and Asst. Hygienists Aida. The front desk staff has made me question myself why I would put up with such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by returning. The level of attitude, professionalism or lack of is intolerable! I am a returning patient from a few years ago and I can honestly say, "A huge change has happened and not for the best!" Very clean, presentable establishment. Nice staff, seems to be very organized.
Everyone is welcoming and very professional. Clean and comfortable office. They are very knowledgeable and skilled in their field. I referred my grandparent's and they love it.
