I recently went to GreenWay for a small project and was blown away with how helpful and knowledgeable Randy was. He walked us through multiple options of reclaimed wood that would be a good fit our project and answered every question we had on the process. We were even more impressed that he runs his business in an environmentally conscious and sustainable way by harvesting the beetle-kill trees from the mountains here in Colorado. Would recommend this company for their great service, friendly attitude and quality product!
Horrible service. Wasn't open or answering phone calls within open hours. When he finally answered, I asked two simple pricing questions and was met with an approximate price and lecture on the shortage of mills and no time to answer questions and how he needed to get to a very important meeting that would make lots of money and that our barn door "wouldn't make them a damn penny." We went to Austin Hardwoods, which was an excellent experience with a good selection and wonderful people.
