So grateful for how understanding the staff and team were with my special needs dog Remy. They didn't make me feel bad about the mess he made and catered to his anxiety the best they could. Thank you for taking care of my boy!
Cannot rave about this place enough. Our dogs love going here. Both doctors are extremely attentive, they actually listen to our concerns and they do very thorough examinations, while making our dogs at ease. Even the one that hates vet visits is super calm going here. Our dogs take their shots well here as well as injuries/ailments get addressed on the spot. They also do their best to get you savings/discounts where they can and with 3 dogs that means a lot. They always follow up with us as well. Will never go anywhere else... read more
Everyone and including the vet where all very nice and very resptive of my needs the Vet was very nice and full of information, expense but what isnt right.
I came here from our previous vet because I was concerned with unresolved issues and feeling like my previous vet was more concerned with thier "friendly visits" then actually treating my pup. Within 30 minutes of our first visit- Dr.Childress accomplished more with getting my dog on healing track then Baxter vet did in 2 years. It turns out my pup actually had 2 torn ACLs and the previously diagnosed cyst that was probably going to have to be amputated was actually an impacted hair follicle. Indy's tail is fine now..
