RecommendedMy sweet niece blessed me and my family with a new RO alkaline filter system when I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017. She had it installed on my kitchen sink. The equipment is excellent and I have had it for over 2 years and have not had any problems. The representative who came to do my regular service is so knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend this product to anyone considering purchasing a water filtration system.
Have had Green Water Tech has been our softener service providing a GE Pro Elite system...it works great and uses Salt only when required, not on a schedule. I've only added salt twice this year...my previous system required monthly salt. Give them a call, highly recommend them.
Great Product easy install
Work was done incorrectly. Had to pay someone else to come out. Installation was wrong and maintenance visit the first year was upsetting. Tech did not communicate well and they stopped returning my calls. Poor service
Had a woman knock on my door at 4pm saying she was with GE and was going to talk about our warranties. She asked where my husband was, I told her he was laying down. She said she would need both of us to do it. She left and had another guy come to the door. They stayed for about an hour and the whole time I had no idea what the purpose of them coming was. It wasn't until about halfway thru I realized they lied to me to get in my house and try to sell a water system. Awful waste of time and very unprofessional!
