Awful experience. The manager made it clear that he did not care if I bought the vehicle as in his words “someone else will buy it”. It’s sad when you make it clear to customers that their business does not matter. EDIT: Want to add I ended up going to Fred Anderson Honda & purchasing a vehicle. They were so easy to work with, reasonable to negotiate and also made it clear they valued me as a customer.

PSA: sales reps here put physically damaged cars at 10K+ market value on FB marketplace and believe it’s a fair price for their vehicles. Do your research before buying here!

My experience at this dealership was abysmal, marked by a complete lack of respect toward the customer—and even toward their own sales department—on the part of the service department. On April 18th, I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma there. I received a printed report detailing all the work that had supposedly been performed on the vehicle by the service department—including, among other things, the replacement of windshield wipers, the repair of the license plate lights, and the replacement of air filters.
