Every employee I encountered during my recent appointment was phenomenal. Daija at the front desk was super pleasant and helpful. The assessing nurse Lashonda was thorough and extremely easy to discuss medical issues with. Joann, the procedural nurse, was so down to earth and described the procedure with humor and in a manner that put me at ease. Dr Hastings was fantastic from the first minute to the last. Dr Hastings is great. The staff is great. Except one of them was kind of crass. I was waiting in the room after the dr had left. I waited and waited. So I stepped out to ask and she said well you can schedule another appt and do this all over again. I'm a patient and first time doing this. So I had no idea what they were doing. All they had to say was that they were calling the hospital to line everything up and that it would take a while. But no need to blame the patient. But certainly no call to talk to someone like that. ... read more
