Really sweet staff works with you very thankful.
This facility is for those who want help in treating the addictions that plaque them. They are friendly, professional and cost $250 for your Suboxone medication or medication type care, counselor, and depression medication. They also offer Sublocade which is a monthly Suboxone type shot that goes underneath the skin. That is the total monthly charge! Drug test are included in that price also. Guy in the phone making my first app was amazing. Felt super confident coming it my app time was a HR ago. And I'm still sitting in the lobby. On the phone seemed like a way better place to be then the one in Greer but nope.
The receptionist that works here does not know what she is doing. She never answers the phone, and takes way too long to return calls. She has written the wrong date on my appointment card several times. She didn’t call me to reschedule my appointment that THEY canceled. Instead she waited for me to get there and then tried to reschedule. Above all it’s her incredibly rude attitude that is making me turn to another clinic. Everyone else there is great, but it’s not worth putting up with that.
