This is one of the warmest airports I've been. Have a good service for the passengers and I remember that in one of my travels I forgot my watch in the tray and I found it just by calling the found and lost department.

I was the last passenger in the airport as my flight arrived at 11:34 pm and my transportation for the one hour drive home was at 1:00am. The staff at the courtesy desk engaged me in a friendly conversation about my travels and reassured me that I would be find to relax there while I waited. The airport was clean and well lighted. I missed my flight in Charlotte because we had to wait on the tarmac before take off and had to wait on the tarmac when we got there. Not to mention when arriving in Charlotte we arrived at the furthest terminal from my connection. So, not very happy with either airport.

I was at GSP recently seeing my son off (he's in the Air Force) and was greeted at the check-in counter at American Airlines by a wonderful young lady named Sherri. Sherri was immediately helpful in letting me "cut the strings" from my son!! Lol! It was a very emotional time for me saying goodbye to our son and Ms.Sherri immediately hugged me and loved on me and reassured me that he was going to be just fine! She made my experience there more positive and she offered me a gate pass so I could see my son off at the gate!!! Th... read more

I am grateful to have discovered the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport! This is the best airport for so many reasons, particularly because of the inexpensive parking, The staff is consistently so pleasant and helpful. And you can't beat the city either - uptown Greenville is a delight! - Ginn, Just Home fro Phoenix & Planning a Trip to Spain

Love the physical improvements but the TSA could use a course in southern hospitality! This is the second time at gsp this past year and both times they were rude rude rude!
