Three airport employees drove me from the "cell phone lot" to the terminal. When I got back 5 days later at 11 at night, my car had been towed!!! It cost me $40 to get home that night and $250 to get my car the next day. The tow company said they tow a lot of cars from that lot. I am not a frequent flier and saw no sign explaining the type of lot was. I thought it was a complimentary lot.

My visit from GSP was excellent! It was only my second time traveling and my daughters first time. From the time we parked till the time we took off everything went smooth as it could. The airport was nice and clean, well lite , and relaxful during our visit before our flight to Atlanta! Also Southwest is an awesome airline to go with!

Many of us were stranded at this airport for hours awaiting flights during the recent storms. No one at this airport tried to make things better during these delays. Especially the airlines. I was truly disappointed that United Airlines did not even provide refreshments to the customers that waited nearly 4 hours for flights. And very little information was being forwarded to the customers. I would not say it was the airports fault, more the airlines, but I am sure they could have served coffee and sodas.

Nicest Airport I've ever flown from. Outdoor area to sit in the sun, quick security lines and friendly folks. Hope to be back soon

I’ve thus far never had any bad experiences due to GSP or any of its staff. Security is generally very fast (depending on how much stuff you might need to pull out of your carry on) and the airport itself has a very calm demeanor. I did have One funny/though not at the time, experience and learned the hard way why they tell you to be at your gate 30 min before departure. I had to run my tail off, but I made my flight and if anyone had to tell anyone to hold the flight or keep the door open while I breathlessly ran down the j... read more
