I love this airport. At 3:30 am, the people are nicer than anyone ought to be at that hour, the vendors are open (no vending machine coffee!), the TSA employees are always friendly, there are comfy chairs in the lobby, the seating in the terminal has power strips in every row (i do miss the marble tables, though - there's no place to put my coffee now). They've just gotten better and better over the last 20 years.
It was impeccably clean inside and the grounds outside we're wonderfully manicured. My one wish was to have more choices for coffee and restaurants. Still a great airport!
Well a not bad airport. ..just 1 complaint at security the lady that help us was very rude when i had a bottle of bath and body works spray in my bag and told me it was trash....REALLY could of been nicer...
If I would have had access to my iPhone ,I would have Facebook lived our experience at GSP airport . My daughter with autism worked so hard all week preparing for airport security. The security officers already new she had autism because she had a special needs pass card. I also told them that as we entered security.They still demanded a pat down because she had suspicions residue on her hands. Sammie was very frightened,but handled like a pro.
