Horrible receptionist Brianne. Refused to book me an appointment.
It's only 4:15 pm on 7/12/2024 I've been on hold for over 20 min.? My friends calling for me to see if she can get through but she's also put on hold for already 15 min.now? So what's the deal anybody know why their not answering the phones. Its not even close to 5pm yet? I needed to get an important message back to my Dr. to find out the reason he's not approving this whole past week for my new scooter for the medical supply place. The nurses here are not polite at all. There was an issue with the nurses and drs every time i had been in there. Literally left crying because they refused me medical care because I had my infant with me. I would not ever recommend this place.

Great place, wonderful and compassionate people work there, and the Dr.s are awesome too.
