Rude! Inconsiderate! Doesn't follow protocol for eviction! Filed paperwork the day she notified me she was evolving us! I'm pretty sure she's supposed to file after a certain amount of time from serving us the notice to pay or evict! Showed up everyday to harass us. My parents died. The rented from her for 14 years. Having issues with homeless people squatting on property. Please have someone contact me.
Not big family friendly. She told me she rented to someone with 6 young kids, but could not rent to us. She said that our children are older and are worse than young children as they need to learn to be good people. I told her multiple times that most of the people staying there would leave after a few months.
