Ladies at desk are not pleasant very short with people. She said appt is for 1 I said we came early for paperwork she said 12.45 would have been fine. We are going on lunch. Well enjoy that ,daughter has intellectual disability and needs time to fill out papers. We are not in a rush. More clients coming in and they are sarcastic towards all of them. Mark is absolutely wonderful but, the ladies who work the front desk are complete opposite. They’re short with you, don’t always return calls/answer the phone (even when messages are left) and always seem bothered whenever you’re standing there waiting to get checked in/out. Again, I love Dr. Clarke but, unfortunately will no longer be going to this practice.
Mark is a very good listene. Will try to guide you in the correct m3dical direction of your needs. He hasa geat military manner has been trained thru the years to give you the best treatment he can get you. Thank you Mark for taking care of my son and myself.
My office closed (anchor medical) and I was hoping to transfer here because they are a few minutes away from my house so I called they say they want me to send them my medical records so review it first then they will let me know if I qualify I was shocked scumbag way going about it.
It took me 4 months to get an echocardiogram.They don't fax to Fatima hospital,and at my appointment they said they didn't have the results but the girl in the office said your had lab work and a echo.But Olga did not address my problem. Won't be going back did not get good medical care.
