Joy was a great help with all my financial issues!!!! Great environment
I was going to be 5 minutes late to a consultation due to circumstances outside of my control. I called to let the office know that I was stuck in traffic and would be 5 minutes late. I was told I had to reschedule. This was incredibly frustrating because I was already being on the way to the office which is 20+ minutes away from my house. I completed the paperwork online so it wasn't necessary for me to be 15 minutes early. Most doctor's offices allow for a 15 minute grace-period, but apparently not this one. Dr. Moore and his staff made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety about having to have surgery. I had a pretty traumatic accident that required a few surgeries and they were wonderful. Nurse Amy was such a blessing to me. From the very first visit she was so kind and always greeted me with a smile and compassion. I had trouble with a tooth that was to be extracted, and it broke before I could get in for surgery. Everyone in that office is so friendly and nice, they truly want the best for you. As someone who’s been afraid of dentists her whole life, these people make the experience actually enjoyable. From start to finish everything was great!
I had to get all of my Wisdom Teeth and another random cracked tooth pulled out on June 20,2025. 🦷🦷🦷🦷🦷 taken out at one time. I was nervous I never been under anesthesia ever in my life and I heard horror stories about the pain. I went there they put me under and everything happened so fast I had to ask them if they had even done it lol. I wasn’t in any pain during and after the whole process.
