Their vehicles are clean and well maintained. The drivers are punctual, respectful and very polite. I have absolutely zero complaints and the system that they have in place informs you when they are arriving and when they arrive. They are a great transportation provider and I don’t have to worry about anything when I ride with them.
No call...no show! Don't use this company. They should be put out of business!
Zero stars. Fred was still in bed when I called him to check where he was at. Said it would be 30 minutes before he picks me up when he was already 20 minutes late. Fred is also very unprofessional. Blaring vulgar music the entire time. Michael did call me to apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully it won't happen tomorrow.
They never showed up for my medical appointment so I had to reschedule it. The phone number on file with insurance company is disconnected. Shitty company. Call someone else
