Great place to store your stuff!!
I had a bit of a problem with my Tri Star storage location in Sumter, so I called their customer service folks in Greenville, and was blest to get Sherry on the phone. She was reasonable, compassionate, attentive, and used her imagination to craft a better solution than I was seeking. it's amazing how much better I feel about the whole company, now that I have a better understanding of what they can do; I would have given them one star before, nowI'm pleased to award five.
I really love the people here they will help u with anything and I really like the units they have everything is great please everyone if you need a storage please contact them the service is great
