Wishing I could leave NO STARS!! This place is lazy and awful. On two occasions now they have pretty much told me they did not want to take care of my vehicle. I live over an hour away from Rockwall and to tow there is close to $450. I tried to get it towed to Greenville because it was only $125, and they told me it would be over a week and a half before they would even be able to look at my vehicle. Where do I start? My starter went out on my 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Upon arrival they tested the battery with no smile or kind demeanor and told me I needed to get a new battery. I got a new battery, and the same problem persisted so I left the car in their care. The next day the front desk representative Shana who's actually very pleasant told me it was my starter and the cost would be $882.00. I was in shock because I have not had the car 2 years.
