Great experience Thank you!!! I could not have done it without the help of Kathy and Alex....
Not too thrilled with them right now! My husband has been with them for roughly 13 years and they have just declined a payment at a restaurant for us! Highly embarrassing especially when we have more than 20x the amount of the bill in the account!!! They are definitely about to lose 2 customers!!
My husband and I closed last week with Greenville Heritage on a refinance on our home. It was the smoothest experience I've had with a loan process. I highly recommend Greenville Heritage and big thanks to Susan McQuaide for being so great to work with.
Camille who works for the Donaldson center branch is very rude and disrespectful. She does not allow you and opportunity to speak and hangs the phone up on you like a Josh school kid. I will not stop until something is done about her!

We left Suntrust Bank in 2009 because we didn't receive personal attention, and it became obvious we were just a number. We have been members at GHFCU ever since and have always been pleased with the service. We feel we have a true partnership in GHFCU when it comes to our financial needs.
I've been with this credit union about fifteen years now. They've helped me purchase two cars and have always helped me when I was in a tight spot. They have some real decent people working here.

They sorry don't haven't any good benefit will not bank with them any more they also tell you you qualified and then tell a lie about it can't g ave trust in them if you can't keep your word to a customer
