Always heard that the ladies are snobby but they were kind and patient with me and my huge family! They try their best to help us and the doctors are fantastic and answer any of my many questions! I am and always will be a LOYAL CUSTOMER
I have been a LOYAL customer of Greenville Eyeglass for many many years..They have always bent over backwards to attend to my every need..My family received Medicaid benefits for a few years, and unlike other companies, who are very discriminatory to those who have a med- card, they were most wonderful in their treatment of me..For those of you who don t know..Greenville eyeglass doesnt make medicaid glasses..They are sent off and inmates in a prison make them..THEY DO take several weeks to come back, and of course it due to... read more
I agree that the are very rude and snobby...but with a medical card the option are limited...I did however go to Americas best for contacts and I am now on my 5th trial pair and for some reason they just cant get it right...plus with these new contacts they just gave me one will not come out of my eye at all gotta c dr today!!! I will take my chances with the snobby b***ches in GVille than the headache Ive gone through with Americas best
I have been a patient with this organization for a couple of years now. Everytime there is a problem - I take it to them. I have also talked to the doctor and I still receive the same treatment. They are always rude and snooty about resolving any issues. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.
was told my glasses would be take 6-10 weels to arrive. i called 2 weeks ago at 10 weeks and was told any day now. called again today after 12 weeks and they are still not there and was told again "any day now"...not very happy with their services so far...
The staff is wonderful! Dr. Barber & Dr. Snowden are great! They explained everything in terms I could understand. They will go out of their way to help with any question or situation.The prices cant be beat--not even by WalMart!! If you want super service, great prices, and a huge selection of frames to choose from, you have to check out Greenville Eyeglass & Contacts. They are by far the best.
