Anytime I call to pay I have to call 3 time before I actually get someone who will listen to me and take my card info. This month my electric bill is $260 for a ONE BEDROOM apartment. That completely robbery and taking advantage. When I called and ask they said it was bc of the freeze. I find that funny because in summer time I keep the A/C under 70 and my bill stayed under $140.
