We bought a home 3 months ago and we were the first residents to move in, we were told when we moved in that the mailboxes would be built in a week or two. Yes the mailboxes were built in that time frame but there was no road paved to get to them. Called DRHorton’s Greenville office and was told to put in a warranty request online… it’s been 2 months later and zero response. I have heard so many scary things about buying a home but D.R.Horton gave me the best experience with my home buying process. Gerra Styles was my sales agent, and she delivered top notch service. She held my hand thru my process. They have a service that help you get your credit up to be able to buy a home. Levi Ledford and Pam Devereaux also kept in communication thru my process. The buying experience was great! Was looking for a place for several months and ended up meeting and speaking to Gerra Styles. I initially wasn’t approved but she informed me that I could go into the buyers club to follow the steps they laid out to increase credit score which was the only thing holding me back.
