The buying experience was great! Was looking for a place for several months and ended up meeting and speaking to Gerra Styles. I initially wasn’t approved but she informed me that I could go into the buyers club to follow the steps they laid out to increase credit score which was the only thing holding me back. Keliah Adams was pleasant and efficient. Plumber, lighting, painter, sprinkling system, heating person and garage door people were great. The window company left glue all over the window and the wooden floor install was an issue.
If I could give them -500 I would. They show you the show room that has ceiling fans and other features but when you purchase the home there are no ceiling fans and garage isn’t painted and inside paint is so cheap if you barely touch it a black mark appears. They have some deal with safe haven to connect security up for you but you have to schedule a time with them and when I did they didn’t show up then the builder acted all surprised and tried to blame me for them not showing up then he wanted to reschedule another appoin... read more
His home is a townhome, paperthin. You can hear yourself think from every room, literally. To finish is terrible. I will list pictures of the garage has seems with sunlight coming through them and also the front door. They rushed to finish them and if they make mistakes, I guess they say oh well, Horrible.
