Poorly managed The park used to be a great place to live, but the new management in incompetent, unresponsive and lax. Junk cars in driveways, appliances on porches, weeds, grafitti, and the rent just keeps going up, up, up. No pool, no clubhouse, no laundry facilities, no playground, no tornado shelter, no thanks.
