I have only lived here about a year and I am trying to sell my home (wish me luck) and get as far away from Greenview as possible. They are the sweetest people to get you in here, but after you are here, FORGET IT!! Fines, violations and weekly driving by trying to find something to write you up for, be it a few leaves that blew back into your yard, lawn decorations that they personally do not like, anything they can think of that week. Rude office people and their boss as well and Nitpicky unimportant details, They harass resident, they plow snow in your driveway, They got rid of big dumpster so now you have to find away to throw away big terms. Maintenance drive around and do nothing.

I have lived here for three years now. The women in the office are rude and go out of their way to make you feel as if you are wasting their time if you have a concern or need to talk to them. If you want to get in touch with the actual owners, good luck, apparently they are some benevolent entity that must never be bothered. They go out of their way to find violations each week and they are inconsistent with their notices. Great place to live. Have no complaints nice quiet community. Ratings might change with new owners but for now still happy to be here after 10 years.

Maybe a great place, but as a visitor, I find that the crew, maintainance and contractors have no respect for the rules of the road,,, speeding, not stopping for stop signs and parking on the wrong side of the streets. If police were there, I am sure plenty of tickets would be issued to the above mentioned people.

I left there 4 years ago and just recently went back to visit a few people still there and I thank God I left when I did. On my visit, I have heard so many complaints about the filthy fish pond, unsupervised children running the streets and being rude to others (personal experience when asked children/teens to not block the road) office personnel not being friendly or concerned when a problem is brought before them, I could go on but not enough space. I have to write the truth, The professionalism of Kelly and her associate has been great. Very knowable, very helpful. Greenview estates is very well kept up and is very quite. My experience of Greenview has been 5 stars. I have been very happy with my business with them.

Horrible place to move in to. The water is filthy, management is extremely rude, park maintenance gives you the bird every so often. God awful. With I would have moved into the four season's park down the road.

Going downhill fast When we first moved here, this was a really nice, quiet park, well managed, with reasonable rents. Sadly, the former owners sold out to a big out-of-state outfit that is only interested in the bottom line. Rents go up, up, up, and services go into the toilet. The park manager is never around, nothing gets fixed, all we get are empty promises and the the big brush-off. Run, don't walk, away from Greenview Estates.
