I applied for a place through NP Dodge on 7/23/2025. For Green view Apartments for a 3 bedroom town home. Well the lady her name was Shann she called and told me that I needed to pay $500 & have a cosigner, plus pay an old cable bill that I had from decades ago, and then I would have to have the deposit for the place. Mind you on the the deposit said $500. The killer part was i had 48 hrs to do this. Which was absolutely ridiculous 🙄! This place is horrible.. The management is horrible and lack communication.. Filled out an application and paid application fee just to be denied 2 weeks later with no showing of the apartments, nor did anyone reach out.
