Management is clueless, highly slow and extremely irresponsible. They take weeks of reminding before taking actions after another weeks. The new manager is oblivious on their responsibilities, it's so sad!
WARNING! There is an extreme water issue which violate the health and safety to tenants here. There has been a notorious incident with the building water system, which frequently (weekly) underwent emergency water shut offs resulting in no water from 9-5 most times shut offs occurred. For the past few months, we have been facing either no hot water, short bursts of barely warm water, or EXTREMELY hot water no matter how much cold is applied.
