-18 and the building heat isn’t on. Not sure the deal with the wall unit, last year I was told -10 it doesn’t work. My apartment is freezing. I am overly annoyed with this building. Also a side note, these wall ac/heating units need to be professionally cleaned which has yet to happen. You are harbouring mold and bacteria in units. Regards
I booked an appointment for viewing and tour in this place before I read the reviews .. after reading the review i was a bit worried but anyway I said let me give it a shot .. they send me 2 confirmation emails for my appointment and when I went there .. no one was there .. my appointment supposed to be at 11 am, I waited for 15 min. With no luck .. same day later around 6:30 pm they send me a cancellation email regarding my appointment .. is this how you treat your new tenants ?? .. this tell you a lot I guess about the bui... read more
Don't bother even looking at the website if you are a prospective tenant. They will book you in for a viewing for a specific unit and then when you waste your time going all the way there they'll have the gal to offer to show you a video, saying you can't view the nit because it's still occupied. Not only that the unit you want to view will either have been already rented out or cost over $100 more than listed on the website. The leasing agent has no idea what she is doing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SCHEDULING A VIEWING HERE.
