I will be collecting tenant signatures for the landlord and tenant board based upon the building water shut offs. This happens almost weekly, leaving tenants all day without water. The notice for today was posted with less then 24 hours notice. Every week they deem a “emergency” water shutoff. They almost always shut-off water for the ENTIRE day for repairs, almost every week. How is this acceptable?? On top of the high-rent, Heat is not included so you pay off your pocket, plus managament is extremely slow at resolving your requests/repairs. I submitted a repair requests and it has been a month without a single response. I can't wait to leave this place once my lease ends.
